CAB`s main area of work at present is within the commercial sector. Over the years we have worked in :-

Whilst the majority of our work is within Building Services, we also have the ability to pull together other trades, and therefore provide a complete service to the main contractor or client.

Quite often we are just given a design brief and the proposed outline of the building at tender stage....Our specialist Sales Team have the experience to provide a full quotation (not an estimate) and specification for the complete mechanical systems that the building will require. We are a design led company, and so the quality is automatically built in. We are often congratulated on the depth of information that we give within our quotations, this depth of information is for our benefit !! If a client knows exactly what we have allowed for then they are happy when the project is complete....no nasty unwanted extras and therefore no arguments!
